Armenian Ministry of Education to Remove Phrase “Turkish assholes” from School Manuals

'We just need to call them monkey-f##kers instead of assholes,' minister.
Education and Science Minister Armen Ashotyan held a press conference early Monday to announce reforms reflecting possible border opening with Turkey. The Ministry plan is to reduce degree of anti-Turkish sentiments in manuals and replace hardcore hatred with more moderate disgust.
“Now that border issue appears to be nearing fruition, our two nations seem to be committing to friendly co-existence, we are taking steps to build more tolerant generation and from now on, the references to “Turkish assholes” will be replaced by more moderate one “Turkish jerks” or even “Turkish monkey-f##kers,” said Ashotyan. Հայաստան-Թուրքիա սահմանի բացման հարցում թուրքական կողմը առաջ է քաշել նոր նախապայման, ինչը թեժացրել է Հայաստանյան և Սփյուռքի հակազդեցությունը բացման գործարքին: Նոր նախապայմանը ենթադրում է Սերժ Սարգսյանի մասնակցությունւ Գյուլի` հոկտեմբերի 29-ին կայանալիք ծննդյան 58 ամյակին: Մասնակցությունն իր բոլոր համապատասխան պարագաներով, փոթաթվելով, բարեմախթանքներով, բացիկներով, նվերներով, խմելով և տաքսի կանչելով:

Armenian Parliament Debates over Lopez/Jolie legislation

Fall session of Parliament started with heated debate over bill on hottest US celebrity. MPs split into groups supporting Angelina Jolie and those claiming that Jennifer Lopez is more grab-worthy. Opposition vows to call on massive civil unrest if Jolie bill is adopted.
To remind, last fall Russian Federation ratified a piece of legislation calling Angelina Jolie “super hot” which was followed by similar legislations appearing in Tajikistan and Belarus, as well as break-away republics of Abkhazia and South Osetia who recognized Jolie “really hot.” This was met by protest on part of Georgia. “Georgian constitution clearly states that Jennifer Lopez is twice as hot as Jolie. Obviously, Russia is simply once again trying to make me look like a… clown.. or idiot, I’m not sure.. But this is totally unacceptable. Europeans have recognized me ‘a really nice guy’.
