Aliyev attends opening ceremony of new Elite Tent City near Baku

BAKU  - Early on Tuesday, President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, announced the country’s strategic plans for the coming decade. The President assured that with the continued current economic growth and a smart spending policy, the Government will be able to increase the number of Azerbaijani refugees and internally displaced persons from one to four million as early as the year 2020.

Aliyev called the project “Azerbaijan 2020″ and promised an increase in government support in order to achieve the new milestone in the war against Armenia.

“Despite the relative truce over Karabakh, we work relentlessly to defeat Armenia. With every year our economy affords us more and more refugees,” claimed Azerbaijani president. “Just imagine 4 million pairs of eyes sadly looking at the Europeans, Americans and Russians.. Think of the volume of pro-Azerbaijani sentiments to be generated!”

“Azerbaijan is a rich country today. There is no reason why our refugees should not comfortably grow and enjoy every available luxury,” mentioned Aliyev in an interview on Public TV. “We’re a proud nation and we take good care of our internally displaced compatriots.”

Aliyev shared several elements of the project: “The Ministry of Social Security has kicked off a new large-scale program entitled New tents for Young Refugee Families.  Every new family will get a brand new tent and benefit package after each newborn refugee. With the current oil prices,  we can plan on generating roughly 300,000 new refugees per annum in the next ten years. ”

The 2009 statistics show that each tent has its own 50 inch plasma screen TV and Jacuzzi. Multiple labor-seekers from Baku have reportedly been seeking out tent cities searching for summer jobs such as picking up litter and doing house-keeping while the refugees themselves spend their summer vacations in Spain and Italy.

Further detail on project “Azerbaijan 2020″ was revealed by the Ministry of Karabakh Nostalgia. Minister Rafik Bayramov said: “We have embarked on a mass scale construction of new tent cities near Ganja, Baku, and areas in the deep south. The new tent cities will be secured with extremely advanced infrastructure, the best that the 21-st century has to offer. Every tent community will have its own tent-3D-movies, tent schools and tent mosques to accommodate all the needs of a modern Azerbaijani refugee. Ganja is also expected to have a Tent Academy of Sciences”.

Project “Azerbaijan 2020″ has received global support from the affluent Azerbaijani Diaspora. It has promised continued support to the project. The general public has also received the news with its traditional open-air patriotism and enthusiasm.

As the public embrace the new initiative, the President further adds to the big picture of the concept: “Azerbaijan is a dignified country and has the fastest developing economy in the region. We are no longer the Azerbaijan of slum tent cities with a million starving refugees. The Azerbaijani refugees of  today have fully furnished amenities with all the commodities that an oil-rich country can provide. They have the most expensive tents and consistently receive food and healthcare services which is on par with what refugees receive in the most developed European countries. As the economy boom keeps up, we will be able to afford even more refugees with improved social conditions.”

Turkey also joined the strategic effort promising to invest 3 million dollars to set up new refugee communities in the Nakhijevan exclave area. The Turkish Prime Minister participated in a ceremony launching the first tent neighborhood consisting of experienced refugees from mainland Azerbaijan.

The EU representative to Azerbaijan could not resist his excitement: “The quality of tents and public services at refugee communities are just incredible. Azerbaijan is a truly developed, economically powerful and highly advanced 21-st century state. This country is a refugees true paradise.”

Political expert Richard Giragosian called the Azerbaijani strategy “unfair”. In a press conference on Tuesday, Giragosian said: “Azerbaijanis know how sentimental Europeans are. This is an obvious attempt to manipulate the emotions of the OSCE Minsk Group. Four million puppy-dog eyes is serious political leverage. Our Foreign Ministry needs to react to this. Perhaps we could take the OSCE Minsk group folks to Garni and Geghard more often..”

Simultaneously, sources report that Azerbaijan plans to boost the number of civilian victims of Armenian aggression to three million by 2025, and for this purpose, they have reportedly cut deals with several Chinese morgues.

ԲՀԿ անդամագրվելուց հետո Սամվելը 18 կգ նիհարեց

Այսօր ցանկանում ենք Ձեզ ներկայացնել Կիրակոսյան Սամվելի պատմությունը, ով 25 տարեկան հասակում վճռեց կտրականապես փոխել իր ապրելակերպը և ֆանտաստիկ արդյունքների հասավ ընդհամենը 6 ամսում։ Ինչպես և շատ հայ երիտասարդներ Սամվելը ուներ փոր՝ խաշաշաուրմայական կուլտուրաների լայնածավալ կիրառման արդյունք։ Սամվելը լիովին համապատասխանում էր Ալեքսանդր Պուշկինի արված համեմատությանը՝ հայ տղամարդիկ հղի կանանց նման են, սակայն մի չորեքշաբթի առավոտ Սամվելը որոշեց կոտրել այդ կարծրատիպը։

«Ես որոշեցի մտնել Բարգավաճ Հայաստան կուսակցություն։ Անկեղց լինեմ՝ գաղափարախոսության համար չեմ մտել։ Պարզապես գիտեի, որ այնտեղ լավ պարապած տղերք կան, միշտ ընտրությունների ժամանակ մեր բակում տեսնում էի, նախանձում էի մի փոքր բիցեպսներին։ Ասեցի ես էլ կարամ։», – պատմեց Սամվելը։ Ասաց և արեց։ Անդամագրվելուց արդեն 2 շաբաթ հետո Սամվելը սկսեց նկատել, որ նիհարում է։ «Փողոցում բոլորը ասում էին՝ «Սամ ջան ֆիգուրադ տեղն ա գալիս, չլնի՞ բարգավաճ էս մտել» ես էլ պատասխանում էի, որ այո։ Ի դեպ շարունակում էի սնվել իմ սովորականի պես՝ Արտաշի մոտ, Գիրոս, Սլավիկենց քյաբաբնոցում, բայց քաշս նվազում էր։ Կյանքս իմաստ ունեցավ։ Ես էլ առաջվա պես յուղ չէի վառում, սակայն մյուս կողմից նիհարում էի, ուրեմն յուղ էի վառում։»

Մեկ ամիս հետո, Սամվելի վրա սկսեցին ուշադրություն դարձնել շենքի ամենասիրուն աղջիկները։ «Երբեք չէի մտածի, որ կուսակցությունը այդքան կփոխի իմ կյանքը։ Երբ գնացի մասնակցեցի առաջին հավաքին, մի աննկարագրելի զգացում ունեցա։ Տուն վերադարձա, բիցեպսս չափեցի ու տեսա, որ 33–ից 45սմ ե դառել։ Ստիպված էի նոր զգեստապահարան ձեռք բերել, բայց դա խնդիր չէր, դրամապանակումս փողը սկսեց ուշ ուշ պակասել։»

Բարգավաճ Հայաստանի անդամ դառնալուց 4 ամիս հետո Սամվելը ունեցավ փորի մկանների առաջին кубик–ը։ «Դա աննկարագրելի էր, ախր ես փորի մկանների վարժություն չեմ արել կյանքում բայց հիմա կուբիկներով պռես ունեմ։», – երջանկության արցունքները աչքերին կիսվում էր Սամվելը։ Մեր հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք նա կփոխի իր ԲՀԿ անդամակցությունը, 2 այլ կուսակցություններում անդամակացության վրա, երիտասարդը պատասխանեց՝ «Երբեք։ Իմ տրիցեպսը հիմա ցանկածաց հանրապետականի, կամ լևոնականի բիցեպսից էլ մեծ ա․ ես ինձ համարում եմ առողջ և իմ կյանքը իրոք բարգավաճում է։ Տարոսը Ձեզ։»

Ապագա կուլտուրիստները գրանցում են զգալի առաջընթաց

Սամվելի պատմությունը ապշեցրեց բոդիբիլդինգով զբաղվող բոլոր երիտասարդներին, ովքեր տարիներ շարունակ տանջվում էին մարզադահլիճներում։ Համաձայն բավականին հավաստի տեղեկությունների ԲՀԿ գրասենյակները անցել են 24–ժամյա անդամագրման ռեժիմի, որպեսզի գրանցեն բոլոր ցանկացողներին։ Օրերս անդամագրված բոդիբիլդինգի սիրահար Աշոտը կիսվեց իր ուրախությունով՝ «Ես жим лёжа–ն 95 կգ էի անում, 3 подход, իսկ Բարգավաճ մտնելու հաջորդ օրը, արդեն 120կգ բարձրացրեցի՝ 4 подход։»

Մեր զրույցի վերջում Սամվելը պատմեց ևս մի կերպարանափոխության մասին՝ «Գիտեք էս քանի օրա նկատում եմ, որ իմ 06–ը սկսելա փոխվել՝ սկզբից ակերը լենացան, հետո շուշեքը սկսեցին մգանալ իսկ էսօր նկատեցի, որ սկսելա մի փոքր ջպոտել։»

Ամերկյան Men’s Health ամսագիրը արդեն պատրաստում է հոդված Սամվելի հաջողությունների մասին, իսկ Gold՛s Gym մարզադահլիճների ցանցը առաջարկել է ԲՀԿ–ին մասնաճյուղեր բացել ԱՄՆ–ում, որտեղ միլինավոր մարդիկ երազում են նիհարել և բարգավաճել։

Մեր այսօրվա սոցիալական գովազդը ակնոցավոր մարդկանց մասին է. մեր նպատակն է կոտրել կարծրատիպերը։

CATHOLIC CHURCH’S MAIN FOCUS REMAINS RELIGION

Notwithstanding multiple accusations against Catholic bishops and the Catholicism in general, the Holy Father Pope Benedict XVI reiterates that Catholic church maintains religion as its key priority. Other activities exaggerated in media publications reflect only secondary or marginal interest of the Church.


Despite multiple controversies related to the Holy See and Catholic bishops, it is important to keep in mind that the church and key clerical staff is mainly dedicated to issues of religion and service to God.

In regards to multiple scandals related to inappropriate use of children by our bishops, we currently work to reform catholic regulations to eliminate loopholes allowing for such misuse of young boys.

It is of utmost importance to bear in mind that religion still constitutes the largest segment of Catholic practice. Miscellaneous extracurricular activities with orphan adolescents have been significantly minimized in Catholic routine.

Ժպիտները չեն կարողանում թաքցնել բակի լարված իրավիճակը

Այսօր Քանաքեռ–Զեյթուն համայնքի բակերից մեկում մայրը տուն կանչեց 9–ամյա Աշոտիկին ժամը 7–ի շրջանում չնայած, որ սովորաբար Աշոտիկին տուն են կանչում մութն ընկնելուց հետո։ Ականատեսների խոսքերով Աշոտիկը փորձեց տեղում կիրառել «լավ էլի մամ, մի քիչ էլ խաղամ» և «էս օյինն էլ խաղամ, գամ» դասական հնարները, սակայն մայրը շարունակեց պնդել, և Աշոտիկը ստիպված էր նահանջել։ Մինչ հնազանդ փոքրիկը գլուխը կախ կատարում էր մոր  հրամանը, բակում առաջանում էին դժգոհություններ։

10–ամյա Գևորիկը չէր թաքցնում իր վրդովմունքը՝ «Մենք այգեպան էինք խաղում, երբ Աշոտիկը պարզապես վեր կացավ և գնաց։ Ո՞վ է խաղի կեսից գնում, ես կասկածում եմ, որ Աշոտիկի ծնողները հատուկ չեն թողնում նրան իմ հետ խաղալ, իմ պապան ընդդիմադիր է, իսկ իրա պապան ՕԵԿ-ական՝ երևի դա է պատճառը։ Տենց էլ չիմացանք ում վրա է սիրահարված Ծիրան Աշոտիկը։»

Մի փոքր բարկացած էր նաև 7 ամյա Մերիկոն, կամ Բալը ինչպես նրան այդ խաղի ընթացքում էին կոչում։ Աղջնակի խոսքերով նա սպասում էր, որ «օյ– ՞ինչ պատահեց– սիրահարվեցի, ու՞մ վրա» բառերից հետո Աշոտիկը վերջապես կխոստովաներ, որ սիրահարվել է Բալի, այսինքն հենց Մերիկոյի վրա։ «Ճիշտ է Աշոտիկը մեկ–մեկ շատ չար է իրեն պահում, բայց միևնույն է, ես սիրում եմ իրեն։ Գիտեմ՝ իմ դաշնակ հայրը ծանր կտանի, որ ես ՕԵԿ-ականի հետ ընկերություն անեմ, բայց սերը չի նայում, թե մարդ նոր ու առանց գաղափարախոսության կուսակցությունից ա, թե հին ու մեծ գաղափարախոսությունով։» – խոստովանեց փոքրիկը։

Հուսահատ էր 13 ամյա Վազգենչիկը՝ նա պատրաստվում էր այդ օրը մի փոքր ճնշել Աշոտիկին, այնուհետ վերցնել նրանից GTA 4 կոմպյուտերային խաղով սկավառակը և երբեվիցե չվերադարձնել այն։ «Դե ես փոքրերին միշտ էլ աշխատում եմ մի քիչ ճնշված պահել. թող իմանան ում հարգեն, ումից մի փոքր մրսեն։ Ու հարցը էստեղ նա չի, որ հայրս նժդեհական գաղափարների համախոհ ա, այլ պարզապես Աշոտկը պետք է հիմիկվանից սովորի մեծ ու փոքր տարբերել։ Իսկ էդ դիսկը մի ուրիշ օր կխլեմ նրանից՝ վաղը ոնց էլ լինի իջնելու է բակ, էսօր Մերիկոյի прыгалка–ն կվերցնեմ։» – կիսվեց պլաններով ադեն իսկ գրանցված և ընտրություններին 8 անգամ քվեարկած հանրապետական Վազգենչիկը։

Վիգենը ունի X-Box, Wii, GameCube, Playstation 3 և շատ ընկերներ

Բակում լարված իրավիճակը կարողացավ մի փոքր լիցքաթափել 11–ամյա Վիգենը։ Ի դեպ Վիգենին բակում այլևս  ոչ ոգ չի դիմում Վիգենչիկ անունով։ Համաձայն ասեկոսների վերջին երեխային, ով նրան դիմեց Վիգենչիկ անունով, մեկ ժամ փակել էին ավտոտնակում, որտեղ բնակվում Ջեկոն՝ Վիգենենց շունը։ Վիգենը բոլոր երեխաներին հրավիրեց իրենց տուն Playstation 3 խախալու։ «Ես տեսա, որ նեղվել էին երեխաները Աշոտիկի գնալու պատճառով ու ասեցի թող գան մեր տուն, մի քիչ թազա Mortal Kombat–ը խաղանք, իմ Fatality–ների վրա աշխատեմ։ Գևորիկն էլ թող գա մեր տուն, ինչ անենք, որ հայրը ընդդիմադիր ա, կարողա մեր բասեյնը կտեսնի մի երկու բան կհասկանա։ Թող սաղ իմանան, որ Վիգենը մեծահոգի տղա է։» – պարզաբանեց Վիգենը։

Ջագերը կորցնում են Twitter–ը

Twitter–ը ունեցավ «սայթ նայող»։ Երեկ երևանյան ժամով 01։30–ին Twitter սոցիալական ցանցում գրանցվեց առաջին քյառթը։ Հիշեցնենք, որ Twitter սոցիալական ցանցը ստեղծվել էր դեռ 2006 թ., սակայն մինչև 2009թ. Հայաստանից այնտեղ գրանցում էին բացառապես ՏՏ ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչները և մի քանի ինտերնետամոլներ։ Մինչ դեռ ռաբիսները կենտրոնացել էին «օդնոկլասսնիկներ» կայքում։ Արդեն վերջերս նկատվեց ռաբիսների միգրացիան դեպի FaceBook սոցիալական ցանց՝ ինչը փորձագետ Արծրուն Սահակյանը բացատրեց այսպես՝ «Հասկանում եք, օդնոկլասսնիկներում եկավ մի պահ, երբ ռաբիսները աղջիկներ կպցնելուց ու բազարներ անելուց նկատեցին, որ արդեն երկրորդ«круг»–ն են անում։ Դա շատ մտահոգիչ էր նաև ռաբիս աղջիկների համար, ում փաստորեն կպցնում էին նույն տղաները։ Բնականաբար, նոր թիրախային նանարներ փնտրելով ռաբիս տղաները հայտնվեցին FaceBook–ում, որտեղ շատ աղջիկների նրանք առաջին անգամ սկսեցին կպցնել։»

Մեզ հաջողվեց գտնել Twitter–ում գրանցված առաջին ռաբիս տղայի առաջին ծլվլոցը (tweet)։ Axjkeq, ova uzum mer het gna Aghveran 5 or kaaaayf tzhzhanq. @Hopar մականունով գրանցված երիտասարդի անունը Ռուբեն Գևորգյան էր, և մեզ հետ զրույցում նա չէր թաքցնում իր ոգևորությունը՝ «Էս սայթում դեռ նայող չկա, նենց որ էս կլնեմ էս սայթի լավ տղեն, կհետևեմ, որ ոչ մեկ ավելնորդ բան չգրի։ Բացի դրանից ինձ դզեց, որ @Hopar անունը զբաղված չէր, օրինակ օդնոյում կամ վկանտակծե–ում սաղ էդ անունն էին դրել։» Մեր հարցին, արդյոք ռաբիսները կշարունակեն միգրացիան դեպի Twitter @Hopar–ը պատասխանեց՝ «եթե գրանցվեն ու ինձ պրիզնատ գան ես դեմ չեմ, բայց էս սայթն էլ պտի մի քիչ աշխատի, որ տղեքը ձգտնեն ստեղ գրանցվել։ Ծտեղեն շատ կա ստեղ, բայց օրինակ ծաղիկներ ուղարկելու հնարավորություն չկա։ Միակ դրական կողմը էն ա, որ կարելի ա Կիմ Կարդաշյանի հետ ընկերանալ՝ ասում են ճշտով ինքն ա։»

Իսկ Հայաստանաբնակ ջագերը,  geek–երը և nerd–երը սկսել են ստեղծել մի նոր սոցիալական ցանց, որտեղ գրանցվելը հնարավոր կլինի միայն մի քանի հակառաբիսային հարցերին պատասխանելուց հետո։ Մասնավորապես՝ «Ինչպե՞ս կոտրել կայքը առանց root passwordը իմանալու», «Ո՞ր Tomb Raider–ում էր Լառան ավելի գեղեցիկ» և «Ո՞ր մոլորակից էր Չուբակկան»։

 

Brutality-friendly areas to be significantly reduced

  YEREVAN – Driven by the increasing displeasure of violence taking place in public areas, on Monday, the Government ruled to ban traditional violence in the cultural areas of downtown Yerevan. Opera square, Republic Square and Aram Khachaturyan museum among other areas will be targeted as violence free zones by the police and other law enforcers. Police officials are reluctant to embrace the new restriction but vow to follow the reform sharply.  

International organizations saluted the law as a “step in the right direction”. In Yerevan,  European Council representative Zelina  Clifshots stressed the need to further entrench democratic reforms: “Armenia is moving in the right direction. The European Council definitely frowns upon violence in public places. We hope that this new reform will succeed in keeping Yerevan’s public parks and recreational areas free of violence. We also commend the positive attitude of police officers who have committed to reducing the geographic scope of violence and are further taking all atrocities to specialized indoor facilities. “  

Ecology activists also stepped in to support the inclusion of public parks on the Government prepared “violence-free list”. President of “Armenian Forests” NGO Jeffrey Tufenkian argues: “There have been too many incidents where the use of force against citizens resulted in 80-90kg pensioners and other lighter citizen items falling on young trees and bushes. This kind of open-air violence is a real threat to the fragile ecology of Yerevan. The law should definitely be amended to include the public parks of Yerevan, which although are not many, should remain violence-free zones.”  

The new violence restrictions force officers to resort to employment as private body-guards to the oligarchs

Police are having difficulty recovering from the hard blow that the new reform has placed on professional pride and general police spirit, and it has been reported that many officers are now quitting their jobs. Officials refuse to comment on this, but sources have shared the widespread disappointment among law enforcers. An undisclosed police official was approached by our reporter and stated, “It’s not going to be the same. Of course we can still do as we like with people at police stations or in the suburbs, but it can hardly compare to the thrill of beating up young opposition activists near Saryan monument or Opera House on Friday night. Our job loses spontaneity and all the excitement.”  

With a heavy sigh, the insider also described the massive exodus of officers from the service. “People used to join the police for the privilege of physically harming civilians and this new reform has made their life-time dedication…simply pointless. It’s really not fair,” stated the source.  

He continued,  “I know this may sound sentimental, but there’s a special kind of magic in clubbing teenagers near the Khachaturian monument just before sunset.. It just feels so right.. Now as we take all the bullying indoors, it will never feel the same again.. never..”  

Resisting a nostalgic tear, the officer continued to expand on experiences: “I’ll never forget the first time I beat up a female reporter covering a protest near Parliament house.. Maybe it’s not too professional, but I could feel that special connection with the victim, as she looked into my eyes.  I still keep a few of her teeth at home, which is perhaps kinda childish.. i know.. But these little cute things make it all worth it.”  

"Police service lost its zing.. the reform is too insensitive," argue police.

Our source, lighting a cigarette and mildly smiling, plunged into further nostalgia revealing, “Then there’s all the fuss when the ambulance comes to pick up our victims.. That amazing blaring of the siren… Again, perhaps, this is silly or sentimental, but I usually like to follow up to get a diagnosis from the hospital.. It just makes it so rewarding to discover that your work can leave long-term consequences”.  

The source remained very skeptical about the possible outcomes of the reform: “Yerevan is not going to be the same without open-air violence. It’s not right to disregard long-standing traditions just to suck up to Europe.. I mean, what’s next – banning homophobia?  What’s this country turning into? I don’t want my kids to live in this new kind of Armenia.. If these restrictions and reforms continue, it will be better for many of us to just move to Russia.”
